PhotoPerfect makes use of Xe847, a state-of-the-art filter technology developed by Digital Arts which automatically enhances your digital photos to make they look as perceived by the human eye. It reduces colour-shifts, corrects contrast, brightness, gamma and gradation curves, to make all colours look more natural. Together with Xe847 (and an optional plug-in for Xe847 ProPlus), PhotoPerfect offers you other top-quality technologies to enhance your photos with just one click, like i2e, or Perfectly Clear by Athentech.
Specifically designed for professional photographers, PhotoPerfect includes advanced features to master your editing techniques:
- Lab curves for image editing in Lab colour space
- Band filter for removing symmetrical distortion
- Support for RAW and TIFF files, including editing capabilities for RAW files
- Masking functionality
- Selective correction for saturated areas
- Intelligent retouching functions, to remove blemishes in selected areas
- Generation and edition of Exif data, allowing you to import/export GPS data from/to a Google Earth file
